Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

For: 1 person
Time: 5 mins

Ingredients 

1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 banana
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg

Put in blender and mix until thick. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and drink with a slice of pumpkin bread :)


Smoothie tarte à la citrouille

Pour 1 personne
Temps: 5 minutes

Ingrédients


1 coupe (ou petit bol) de purée de citrouille 
1/2 banane
1 verre de lait
2 pincées de cannelle 
1 pincée de noix de muscade

Mélangez le tout dans un mixeur. Réfrigérez quelques minutes et puis consommez avec une tranche de pain à la citrouille :)
